ProJoint Titan Epoxy Paving Grout
ProJoint Titan is a professional two-part epoxy paving grout designed for natural stone and concrete slabs. Engineered for high-strength performance, it delivers a durable, weed-resistant joint suitable for patios, commercial paving and areas subject to vehicular traffic.
Unlike standard resin or air-cured patio grout, Titan uses a chemical epoxy cure to achieve significantly greater compressive strength and long-term stability.
High Strength Performance
ProJoint Titan is suitable for vehicular areas up to 10 tonnes, making it ideal for driveways, heavily used patios and commercial paving installations. Once cured, the joint is frost-resistant, pressure washer resistant and designed to withstand demanding conditions.
Application Details
- Two-part epoxy paving grout system
- Resin and sand supplied pre-mixed within the tub
- Add enclosed hardener to activate chemical cure
- Suitable for joint widths from 5mm upwards
- Minimum joint depth: 25mm
- No permeable bedding mix required
The self-compacting formula flows easily into prepared joints and requires no additional compaction.
Important Information
- Suitable for natural stone and concrete paving
- Not suitable for porcelain paving – use ProJoint RapidFlow instead
- May temporarily enhance or darken natural stone due to epoxy resin content
- Available in neutral and mid grey
For best results, use a suitable pre-grout sealer prior to installation to help minimise surface residue.

Is ProJoint Titan stronger than brush-in patio grout?
Yes. Titan uses a two-part chemical epoxy cure, which delivers significantly higher compressive strength than standard air-cured or brush-in patio grout.
Can ProJoint Titan be used on porcelain paving?
No. Titan is not suitable for porcelain slabs due to their low porosity. For porcelain paving, use ProJoint RapidFlow.
