Supplied in a 5 litre container, the product is used neat and provides approximately 25m² coverage per container, depending on surface condition and application method.
Suitable for natural stone, concrete and porcelain paving. No pressure washing or aggressive scrubbing required.
Designed to tackle ingrained black spot that standard patio cleaners often fail to shift. The alkaline formula reacts on contact and begins working during the 3–4 hour dwell time.
Removes algae growth, moss and lichen from sound paving surfaces. Suitable for trade maintenance work, property preparation and refurbishment projects.
Surfaces may be damp prior to application but must not be saturated. Do not apply if rain is forecast within the 3–4 hour treatment period.

It can be used on Natural stone, porcelain and cement based paving.
You can apply ProJoint Black Spot & Algae Remover to damp surfaces, however this may increase working times/decrease cleaning efficiency. You must also ensure no rain is forecast in the 3-4 hour dwelling period.
After application, leave the area undisturbed and must be isolated from any children, pets or other foot traffic for 3-4 hours, after this time you can simply rinse the surface with clean water.
