Andrew has worked in the builders’ merchant industry for over 30 years, building deep experience across all core product areas — from timber and heavy side to civils, roofing, light side, and tool hire.

He began his career at Jewson, where he spent 11 years, followed by two years at Hendricks (Civils & Lintels), working alongside industry veteran Steve Gilruth. After returning to Jewson to manage multiple depots and contribute to LBM team projects, Andrew joined Gilmore Building Supplies in 2015.

Today, he brings both operational expertise and hands-on product knowledge to the team — supporting trade and domestic customers with advice grounded in decades of real-world experience.
