The Thermalite Coursing Brick 3.6N (215 × 100 × 65 mm) is a lightweight aerated concrete unit engineered to be a thermally efficient infill to help buildings meet U value requirements. Manufactured in standard brick dimensions, it integrates seamlessly with other Thermalite blocks to deliver a consistent thermal performance across the wall.

Each brick offers a compressive strength of 3.6 N/mm² and weighs just over 1 kg, speeding up laying rates and reducing manual fatigue. Laid with a 10 mm mortar joint and compatible with standard cement lime or thin joint mortars, these bricks ensure uniform courses without cutting.

With a thermal conductivity of 0.15 W/m·K, Thermalite coursing bricks help maintain a uniform U-value when used alongside other Aircrete blocks, and provide an estimated 44 dB of sound reduction in partition applications. Suitable for use above and below the DPC, they resist freeze-thaw cycles when protected acordingly.
