ARC Soffit Slab

The ARC Soffit Slab is a fully tested IFC certificated fire barrier purposely designed to fill the void at the soffit detail, the soffit slab can be cut to size on site to help ensure a perfect fit. The ARC Soffit Slab has been rigorously tested to meet or exceed the performance requirements laid out in UK and Irish Building Regulations, helping to ensure safer homes.

Application:

ARC Soffit Slab is designed to fill the void within the soffit, providing a fire and thermal barrier between dwellings. The barrier is manufactured from rock fibre mineral wool, with a reinforced foil faced barrier. An exact fit can easily be created to form an effective barrier at this junction. The person installing the Soffit Slab should first familiarise themselves with the datasheet, ensuring the correct product is being fitted into the cavity.

All performance claims made are evidenced in the IFC certification IFCC 1959.
