Kronospan Fast Protect D4 Glue is a specialist PVA adhesive designed to work seamlessly with Kronospan Fast Protect weatherproof flooring boards, providing up to 60 days of protection. Application Instructions:

1. Lay two 6mm beads of Kronobuild® D4 Adhesive on the top of the joist where the first boards are to be fitted.
2. Mechanically fix the first row of boards over the joist using a fixing not less than 2 ½ times the thickness of the board.
3. Apply Kronobuild® D4 Adhesive along the open edge profile and joists in readiness for the next board.
4. Apply adhesive along the full length of both the tongue and groove profiles as boards are fitted.
5. Ensure joints are securely bonded when interlocking the boards.
6. Repeat the application steps for subsequent rows, laying boards in a staggered pattern.
7. Fix boards at a rate of three per board (one at each end and one in the middle).
8. Allow excess adhesive to dry and remove at the end of the build process.
9. Use Kronobuild® D4 Adhesive or reinforced weather-resistant tape to seal cut edges, perimeter edges, stairwells, and mechanical fixing heads to reduce moisture ingress.
