Electric Opener

Provides the comfort and ease of automated roof window operation. The device is also equiped with
a rain sensor for automatic closing when it rains. An easy and flexible solution which removes the
need of having to reach up to operate the roof window. Perfect for windows in difficult to reach
positions. Remote control operation only. After installation the window may not be manually
operated. This opener also comes with a 2-year guarantee.

One complete roof window opener set includes:
• a motor unit with all electrical connections
• a rain sensor
• a remote controller

The motor is placed at the bottom of the window
frame and will operate the opening and closing of
the window.

Telescopic Opener Rod

• The telescopic opener rod can be used for all Altaterra roof windows.
• The opener rod makes it possible to open / close the window or the ventillation valve and operate the blackout blind or venetian blind when the window is out of reach.
• Can be extended from 100cm up to 180cm maximum length.
