At Gilmore Building Supplies, we strive to provide efficient and reliable delivery services for all our products. Please read the information below to learn about our delivery zones, options, and product handling.

Delivery Zones

Our main depot is located in Willenhall, West Midlands. We operate a fleet of three 26-tonne crane lorries and three vans and also work alongside trusted courier partners.

Catchment Area for Deliveries

If your delivery post code falls within our catchment area, we can offer delivery.

Postcodes We Cover:

B, CV, DE11-15, DY, LE65 & LE67, ST, SY1-6, TF, WR, WS, WV

If your postcode is not listed, we still offer deliveries to your area on products that can be shipped via couriers, although bulk heavy side products may not be available for delivery to certain locations.

Shipping Rates

If a shipping rate does not appear at checkout, please contact us via email at [email protected] for a custom transport cost.

Please note: We do not offer delivery on weekends.

Delivery Options

We offer a standard delivery option for addresses within our catchment area. If a product is out of stock or shipped directly from the supplier, we will let you know.


Delivery Time Estimates:

  • We aim to deliver your products as soon as possible within 5 working days, please contact us if you have a urgent requirement, we should be able to help!


Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and while we will make every effort to meet them, we do not accept responsibility for delays. We will notify you in advance if we are unable to deliver on the agreed date.


Important Delivery Guidelines:

  • Bulk Product Deliveries: If you are expecting bulk products, please ensure that there is adequate space for unloading. Make us aware of any delivery restrictions that may affect access for an HGV (Heavy Goods Vehicle).
  • Curbside Deliveries Only: All deliveries are made curb side, so please ensure there is a clear and safe space for unloading.
  • Failed Deliveries: In the rare event of a failed delivery, we will notify you as soon as possible. Such delays will only occur due to unforeseen issues on the day of delivery.

Product Handling & Wastage

It is standard practice in the industry to allow for 5% wastage on items such as bricks and blocks due to the journey they undergo from manufacturing to shipping to our premises, and finally, crane offloading at your delivery location.


Please note that minor scuffs, chips, or cracks may occur during this process, and these are considered part of normal product handling.

  • Wastage and Refunds: The 5% wastage is not eligible for refunds or replacements.
  • Exceeding Wastage: If you experience more than 5% wastage, please contact our sales team for further assistance.
